Sander has 25 years experience working with institutional investors in financial markets and asset management. Prior to becoming Partner at XS Investments, Sander worked for JP Morgan in London and New York from 1994 to 2003, in both capital markets and asset management roles. From 2003 to 2008 Sander worked in the capital markets division of DrKW, again both in London and New York. In 2008 he joined IMC Asset Management, a specialist asset management firm with a focus on quantitative, credit and ABS strategies. Sander earned a Law degree at Leiden University and an MBA from INSEAD.
