  • Role description

    As a Fellow, you will join Collective Action’s investment team and help build global relationships with Impact Private Markets managers in seven themes: Food and Agriculture, Circularity, Water, Climate Solutions, Healthcare, Education, and Natural Capital.

    • You will learn about Impact Private Markets, trends in the different themes, and the broader impact ecosystem, as well as the fundamentals of Impact Measurement and Management
    • You will be involved in manager research meetings with leading GPs (fund managers)
    • You will dive deep into different managers by reviewing their materials and creating analyses.
    • Help with creating marketing materials to use in investors’ meetings

    Your first 12 months will be at Collective Action. If you have successfully completed the year, we offer an opportunity to broaden your horizon at one of our Partner Impact Private Equity funds.

  • Responsibilities

    • Help to develop a pipeline of the best investment opportunities worldwide (Fund-level)
    • Have weekly meetings with rising stars in the impact universe
    • Do research & follow the latest trends on one of the investment topics (Food & Agriculture, Water, Circularity, Climate Solutions, Natural Capital, Education & Healthcare)
    • Help with creating marketing materials to use in investors’ meetings
    • After a successful 12 months at Collective Action, you will be able to join one of our impact private equity partners all over the world (e.g. in New York, Berlin, San Francisco, Copenhagen, Amsterdam) for a 6-month rotation

  • Qualifications

    • You are a strongly driven individual with ambition in Impact Investing, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and innovation
    • You have a solution-oriented mind and love a challenge
    • You have completed your Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Sustainability, Law, Economics) or are close to completing
    • 1-4 years of relevant experience (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consultancy, Investment Banking, etc)
    • Excellent communication skills (external & internal)
    • Fluent in English: in writing & verbally
    • Highly motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
