Xenia is Co-Founder and Partner at Collective Action Investment Partners.
She has worked in private markets and impact investing for 17 years and is a senior member of the investment team leading the firm’s efforts in building, maintaining and monitoring GP relationships.
Xenia leads the Circularity team, and is a member of the Climate, Food & Ag and Water team.
Previously she worked in senior roles at LeapFrog Investments and AAC Capital. Xenia earned an MA at the University of Amsterdam and an MA at Saint-Petersburg State University.
