Xenia has been working in private equity and impact investing for more than 14 years. She has strong experience in advising investors and professionalising GPs with their impact strategy and proposition. During the last decade, she has built a significant impact network, and is a strong relationship builder. Previously she worked in senior roles at LeapFrog Investments and AAC Capital.  Xenia was a member of the IR Committee at the Dutch PE Association. She earned a MA at the University of Amsterdam and a MA at Saint-Petersburg State University.
