Steven is one of the initiators of Collective Action. He has 29 years experience in the institutional investment industry. For the last 10 years, Steven has been working actively with several impact and thematic investment managers, supporting them with their professionalisation and positioning. Steven has a strong network and understanding of institutional investors. Before becoming partner at XS Investments in 2010, Steven worked at Russell Investments where he was Managing Director Benelux, Scandinavia and Germany, and head of Russell’s Amsterdam office. Steven started his career in 1993 as an investment consultant working in Belgium (Pragma Consulting) and London (Russell Investments) before moving to Johannesburg in 2000 to head Russell’s institutional business in South Africa.
